Another day to practice The Art of Allowing...some days we are hit with emotions. They seem to spring up from nowhere at times. When this happens, just allow it...remember that tears are healing:) Some try to push the emotions down so as not to feel them, but they will only reappear again later & in a much stronger fashion. You don't have to stay in the emotion analyzing it from every angle until you feel stuck in it either. Allow it to come up, ask if there is anything you should know from it & then Allow it to just float on up & away. Happy tearing...I mean clearing... allowing;) Hugs!!!
