I just looked out the window & the sun is nowhere to be seen...different shades of gray gift today. I can't wait to get out for my walk...to become a part of it all!!! There is a pull to be out in Nature...to feel the rhythm of the Earth, to be charged with its energy & to fall into its Beauty!! Take time today....even if you only have 5 minutes...& go be truly present in Nature. It's a gift for YOU!
