Last night, I was blessed to work with Spirit during a live group meditation over the phone. I Love doing this!!! The amount of LOVE that comes pouring through from the other side is indescribable...breathtakingly beautiful! It not only comes through, but they speak about how much Love there is for you...."beyond infinite" amount. You are SO Loved!!! Today...take a moment to shut your eyes, be still, breathe & imagine Love as a beautiful sparkly Light raining down upon you. Do this until you are smiling & relaxed...have a LOVEly day!

Happy Father's Day! No matter what your relationship with your Dad...close or not, living or deceased, near or far...open your heart w i d e and send him Love....& gratitude ~ without him, you wouldn't be here;)
Today I celebrate my Dad...who taught me the value of a strong work ethic, the JOY & PLAYfulness of teasing, & that a man can love his wife so deeply & beautifully....that measuring a fish caught is an art...not lying, sandwiches cut on the diagonal taste better, & neatness does not count when shoveling in popcorn during movie watching. New tech gadgets RULE (even though I prefer old ones that I know how to work:))...the sounds of a bowling alley, cards shuffling, the lake water on the rocks, & John Denver. Bacon, burgers, & shrimp are the BEST when Dad makes them...YUM!! Shirts were made to withstand tears...his calm loving presence anchors me during an emotional swirl...priceless! Tents should be put up with no one watching, anchors should always be firmly attached to work, & always have a full tank of gas in the motorboat;) The list goes on...I LOVE you, Dad!!!

These seem to be emotional times right now...sadness that can't be explained...crying that comes out of the blue with an intensity that brings you to your knees...inexplicable tiredness. It can pass quickly or linger for days...seems to depend on the person. If you are feeling this way, you are not alone or crazy. There are different beliefs as to why this is happening... astrological... transformational to a 5D existence..etc. I bring this up because regardless of why, people are needing extra Love. Open your arms & heart w i d e, lend an ear, be compassionate, be truly present...& simply shine YOU!!! Hugs & Love to all!!!

Words are often inadequate to truly express an emotion...JOY is pure...with sparkles & an effervescent feeling...you can feel your Spirit shimmering...& it feels like it is bursting out of your body because the sheer happiness is to BIG to contain.
