Have you been watching Spring arrive? Every year, I try to catch that moment when the leaves burst on the scene...& unless I am really paying attention, I miss it. Well, Spring has certainly arrived with eye candy in abundance: the beautiful dogwoods, the cherry trees.... & lilac bushes ~ oh how I LOVE to inhale their fragrance!!! New Life is everywhere & is making me SPARKLE!!!! Make sure you soak it all up...Spring here is truly SPECTACULAR!!! EnJOY!!!

I was SO excited yesterday with the rain...I couldn't wait to get out & PLAY in it!!! I was so energized just by the thought of it. When I finished with my client & stepped outside, the sun was shining. I could see all the storm clouds still surrounding the area, but by me...sunshine! I sighed...& then burst out laughing!!! Who could possibly be disappointed by the sun?!;)LOL Well, my first dance in the rain of the season will just have to wait.

Welcome April!!! New possibilities, experiences, Life...all present in April! No Fooling!!!;) Have you still been stepping outside of your comfort zone? Stretching yourself to grow? I have been on a mission as you know. I LOVE to try new things, meet new people, visit new places...but the one area where I have never stretched is food. I decided that area needed an overhaul...why have I said no? Why has it been off-limits? What am I afraid of? Doesn't matter...that was the past...& now I choose to s t r e t c h. Sooo...this winter, I decided to start with soup. I never really ate it. I stopped into Montesano Brothers in Chester Springs & discovered all kinds of deliciousness: Chicken Escarole, Pasta e Fagioli, Hunters Stew, Crab & Brie, Loaded Baked Potato, Bacon Stew with Cabbage & Kale, & so many more...they make 2-3 soups a day, the variety is amazing & the people SO kind & supportive of this new soup eater!!! (Thank you!!!)
How was it possible that I had deprived myself all these years without knowing?! This little soup adventure has not only changed my relationship with food, but on a deeper level...reminded me that I am Limitless & anything is possible!! The power of soup...who knew;)?!LOL
The same is true for you!! So what is your area of zero to minimal s t r e t c h i n g? Don't worry about why it has been that way...that is in the past. Just take a step...a small step. You will be SO HAPPY you did!!! Your Life will be the richer for it...& who knows where that one small step will take you next!! You are Limitless!!! Go PLAY....& enJOY!!!
