Looking out my window now....my wake up time this Saturday morning:)...I see that the sky is pure white as well as the ground. The sun may not be shining the way we think it should, but there is light & it is beautiful! Life is sooo precious & brilliant in all of its shades so soak it up! Shine your light today & see it shimmer across this white sky! It's the perfect backdrop!

Some days, I wake up with this music already playing in my mind...& it makes me smile at the possibilities! Just imagine what life has lined up for me today!!! Why don't you try it? Sing it to yourself before you get out of bed, in the shower, & on the drive to work...& don't be surprised when you find yourself humming it in the middle of the day with a smile:)

Are you shoulders already tense thinking about all you have to do today? Stop & take a breath. Now pull your shoulders up, take a breath, & let them drop as you release your breath. Repeat until the tension leaves. Now SMILE! There is nothing to worry about today. It is a beautiful day! Everything that needs to happen will & the rest will drop away...so breathe & enjoy the wonders that are in store for you today!

It's time to dance! Put on your favorite song & allow yourself to be swept away in it. Move your whole body & Spirit. Don't worry. No one is watching & I won't tell...so go CRAZY!!! Now take your smile, joy, & laughter...cause I know you just had FUN...& shimmy your way out into the world! Enjoy the day!!!

This is such an important place to start so you can begin shining your brightest! No one can give this to you. You have to do it for yourself. You need to be 100% loving you....& then, you can love the world 100%!
Today write down a list of wonderful things about you. I know that you have sooo many & your loved ones could write a book:), but you need to come up with this list on your own....so for this, set a timer & give yourself 2 minutes to shower yourself with love! This is the being kind to yourself part;)
I want you to write quickly & just let them fly out so you won't question, edit, &/or critique them. When your time is up, read them back to yourself & allow yourself to truly feel them. Don't just race through. Open your heart to receive. Try adding "I am" in front of the words you've just listed & see how that feels....more powerful? easier to claim?
I know that you are very special, wonderfully love-filled & a unique gift to the world! Do you know that? It's time to love...it's time to shine...YOU!
